A Goodhue County Grand Jury indicted William J. Auchampach, Jr. on ten counts, including three counts of first-degree murder, for the stabbing death of his former girlfriend, Daillene Counts. A jury convicted Auchampach on all counts except for first-degree murder while committing criminal sexual conduct.
