Appellant David M. Clark appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct (Committee). The Committee unanimously found Clark violated Rules 1.1, 1.3, and 8.4(d) of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and suspended the appellant from the practice of law for a period of six months. We affirm.
