Appellee, Harold Crisp, filed suit against appellant, Trans Union Corporation, a credit reporting agency, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1681t (1988), contending that appellant reported incorrect information and failed to correct the information after being advised of the mistake. The incorrect information consisted of a bankruptcy and a state and federal tax lien, which appellant failed to show had been satisfied...
