WALKER, Chief Justice.

Appellant pleaded guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. The trial court agreed to follow the negotiated plea bargain between appellant and the State and sentenced appellant to confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a period of twenty (20) years.
