Lorenzo Lee and Terrance Lanea Hires appeal their sentences for conspiracy to possess crack cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Hires also appeals his convictions. Based upon the reasons set forth below, we affirm Hires' conviction, but we vacate both appellants' sentences and remand to the district...
