The First Judicial District Court, Caddo Parish, granted summary judgment to State Farm and dismissed plaintiff's suit without prejudice. Plaintiff, Lucille J. Jackson, appeals, asserting genuine issues of fact exist that would preclude the granting of summary judgment.
