The plaintiff-in-intervention, TMG Life Insurance (TMG), appeals, requesting that this court reverse the trial court's grant of an exception of no right of action raised by the defendant-in-intervention, Louisiana Hospital Association Employee Benefit Trust (LHAEBT). Upon review of the record, we find that the trial court in its judgment erroneously granted an exception of no cause of action. We reverse the trial court judgment granting the exception...
