HACKER v. HACKER

No. 95-764.

663 So.2d 661 (1995)

James C. HACKER, Appellant, v. John W. HACKER, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

Rehearing Denied November 29, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James C. Hacker, Port Orange, pro se.

James L. Rose, of Rice & Rose, P.A., Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

It would serve no useful purpose to expend the space necessary to recount the unique procedural history of this case. We do conclude, however, after sorting it all out, that the trial court was correct in determining that it had not lost jurisdiction to act in the proceeding. Accordingly, the appealed order is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
