This is an appeal from an agreed decree of divorce. After commencement of trial before a special master, the Sohockis announced a settlement agreement. Appellant, Patricia Sohocki, subsequently revoked her consent to the agreement before the master had made a recommendation to the district court and before the district court signed the decree of divorce based on the settlement agreement.
