STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Donna Christian-Hornaday appeals her convictions by jury of two counts of harassment1 as class B misdemeanors. We affirm.

ISSUE

Did the trial court abuse its discretion in admitting evidence regarding harassing telephone calls for which Hornaday was not charged?
