OPINION

MIRABAL, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of possession of cocaine, and assessed punishment at 25-years confinement and a $30,000 fine. We affirm.

In point of error one, appellant asserts the trial court erred by allowing the State to make improper statements during voir dire. Before voir dire, the State asked the court's permission to tell the jury that if someone is on probation, they are not eligible for probation in a later case...
