Columbia First Bank appeals from the trial court's denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict on one of two defamation claims brought by one of its former employees, Connaelia Ferguson. The trial court granted the bank's motion for judgment n.o.v. with regard to the other claim, and Ms. Ferguson appeals from that decision. We must decide whether the allegedly defamatory communications were protected by a qualified privilege...
