Appellant, Edwin Lee Burkholder, judgment defendant in a delinquent tax suit, filed a petition for redemption of property sold pursuant to a tax sale.1 The trial court, after considering recommendations made by the Tax Master before whom the petition was heard, dismissed the case for want of jurisdiction.
