In two points of error, appellant Tommy Joe Billey challenges his conviction of the offense of aggravated robbery, a first degree felony. His punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, was assessed by the trial jury at sixty (60) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
