Appellants1 challenge an adverse summary judgment ruling entered by the Circuit Court of Upshur County on December 13, 1993, dismissing their action to recover damages for trespass against Appellees Union Drilling, Inc.2 and Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation ("Columbia Gas") in connection with oil and gas rights owned by Appellants and the two individually-named Appellees.
