MediTek Therapy, Inc., the defendant in this suit, appeals an order denying its motion to dissolve a temporary injunction entered without notice in favor of the plaintiff, Vat-Tech, Inc. We reverse because there was insufficient evidence to support the issuance of the temporary injunction.

Vat-Tech is the manufacturer of a patented chiropractic treatment table and MediTek is Vat-Tech's exclusive distributor. The parties' business...
