Defendants Steven Amato and Nicola ("Nick") Sinis appeal from sentences imposed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, Alfred V. Covello, Judge, upon their convictions for conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951 (Hobbs Act).
