Appellant Kenneth Daniel Howard, Jr. was convicted following a jury trial for delivery of a controlled substance. The jury assessed punishment at twenty-one (21) years confinement. In effort to overturn his conviction, the Appellant raises two points of error. The first concerns the closing argument of the prosecutor and whether it warranted a mistrial.
