In this case, the trial court ordered that a fee for legal services (Kopp fee) should be divided pursuant to the formula contained in a partnership agreement of three attorneys, Warren Schrempp, Joseph F. Gross, Jr., and Terrence Salerno.

The court also ordered that one-half of a second fee for legal services (Jones fee) should be distributed by the same formula to the former partners of Schrempp, Gross & Salerno and that the other...
