Defendant, Richard Dale Hickey, appeals the trial court's order denying his Crim.P. 35(c) motion. We remand for further proceedings.

The defendant was convicted in November of 1986 of first degree kidnapping, false imprisonment, robbery from the elderly, first degree burglary, theft from the elderly, and aggravated motor vehicle theft, all of which occurred in April of 1986. He was sentenced...
