STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Freeman D. Peoples appeals his conviction for Possession of Cocaine,1 a Class D felony, and raises two issues:

1) Whether the jury venire was properly selected; and 2) Whether the trial court articulated sufficient reasons to justify enhancement of his sentence.

We affirm.
