O'NEILL, Justice.

Appellant, Ricky James Richards, was convicted of attempted capital murder and aggravated robbery, enhanced by a prior felony conviction. The jury found appellant guilty on both counts, and further found the enhancement allegation to be true. The jury assessed punishment on each count at confinement for life. Appellant brings five points of error complaining of improper questioning of an alibi witness and challenging the effectiveness...
