This is an appeal from a final judgment entered in this diversity action,1 the subject of which is an insurance coverage dispute. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1291 (West 1993). Following a jury trial, the district court entered judgment on the jury's verdict and awarded David A.
