Real Asset Management, Inc. filed suit against Lloyd's of London and Unionamerica Insurance Co. alleging failure to pay benefits due under an insurance policy for damages sustained to a building as a result of Hurricane Andrew. Lloyd's of London removed to federal court on the grounds of diversity. The district court found in favor of the plaintiff and awarded the policy limits, penalties and attorney's fees.
