FLANIGAN, Judge.

A jury found defendant guilty of possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana, a Class C felony, and he was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of two years. Defendant appeals.

Defendant's first point is that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress certain state's exhibits, and in receiving them into evidence over his objection, in that the evidence was seized in violation of his rights under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments...
