Christopher Fenton Padavich appeals from judgment of conviction and sentence for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and failure to affix drug tax stamps. He raises four issues. First, the anticipatory search warrant at issue is invalid under Iowa Code sections 808.3 and 808.4 (1993).
