Melvin Adams appeals two trial court orders. One order authorized administration of antipsychotic medication against his will, the other denied his motion to appoint an expert at a Harper hearing. Washington v. Harper, 494 U.S. 210, 108 L.Ed.2d 178, 110 S.Ct. 1628 (1990).
