Appellee, 3-B Rattlesnake Refining (1990), Ltd. (Rattlesnake), sued Appellants, Petro Source Partners Ltd. and Petro Source Corporation (Petro Source) for breach of an oral contract, fraud, tortious interference with a contract, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing.
