The only issue in this case is: Can a purchaser of land under a contract for deed impose restrictive covenants on that land which can be enforced against subsequent purchasers with notice? The trial court adopted the contract theory of enforcement of restrictive covenants in equity, and it entered an injunction against Susan Streets (Streets) and James Keiderling (Keiderling) to enforce certain provisions of restrictive covenants imposed on a tract...
