Defendants Shawn Thomas and Christopher Reese appeal from final judgments entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, following a jury trial before Reena Raggi, Judge, convicting them of possessing and uttering forged securities, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 513 (1988), and of conspiring to do so, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1988). Thomas and Reese were sentenced principally to 51 months...
