On July 13, 1993, the appellant, Terry L. Waddell, entered a conditional plea of guilty to the charge of Flagrant Nonsupport, KRS 530.050, a class "D" felony. The plea was specifically conditioned on Waddell's right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss the indictment.
