Chris Stoner appeals from his conviction after jury trial of tampering in the first degree, Section 569.080.1(2), RSMo 1994, and imprisonment sentence of twenty years. He claims the trial court erred in (1) overruling his objection to the state's question relating to the testifying police officer's past experience presenting photo arrays to witnesses for suspect identification and (2) in allowing the State during argument to refer to the car driven...
