This case involves a stillbirth which occurred at the Chicago Osteopathic Hospital on November 7, 1985. The baby's parents, Raymond & Lucille Williams, brought a fraud action against certain doctors, defendants, Louis Papp, D.O., Angelo Alexander, D.O., Catherine McDermott, D.O., and David Raminski, D.O., as well as the hospital. The parents alleged that the doctors failed to tell them that their stillborn...
