JOHNSON, Judge:

Donald William Reardon (Reardon) brings this appeal from an order of the Carroll Circuit Court entered December 8, 1993, which denied his Kentucky Rules of Criminal Procedure (RCr) 11.42 motion to vacate sentence. We affirm.

On August 3, 1992, the Carroll County grand jury returned an indictment against Reardon charging him with first-degree robbery (Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 515.020) and being a first-degree persistent felony offender...
