LEVINE, Justice.

On appeal, Jaime Robles asks us to reverse his conviction for aggravated assault, because the panel from which his jury was selected was not a fair cross-section of the community and thus violated his statutory rights under N.D.C.C. Ch. 27-09.1 and his right to an impartial jury under the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution. We conclude Robles has failed to show that the procedure used to select the jury venire violated N.D.C.C. Ch....
