OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

PER CURIAM.

A jury convicted appellant of murder, pursuant to V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 19.02, and sentenced him to life imprisonment. Appellant's conviction was affirmed by the Sixth Court of Appeals. Armstrong v. State, 838 S.W.2d 323 (Tex.App.—Texarkana 1992), vacated on other grounds, 845 S.W.2d 909
