42 Cal. Rptr.2d 888

THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Appellant, v. JED WILLIAM TEMPLE, Defendant and Respondent.

Court of Appeals of California, Fifth District.

July 19, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

COUNSEL
