HADDEN, Justice.

Charles R. Oliver appeals from a judgment awarding Michael D. Marsh $180,362.00 in compensatory damages for injuries he sustained when he fell from the top of a storage shed owned by Oliver. We will affirm.

In his first three points of error, Oliver challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's findings that there was a latent defect, that Oliver was negligent, and that it was the proximate cause of Marsh...
