In this worker's compensation appeal, Gary Anderson presents several issues. First, Mr. Anderson argues that the Office of Worker's Compensation (OWC) erred when it failed to award him benefits for temporary total disability (TTD) or supplemental earnings benefits (SEB). He also argues that the OWC erred because it did not find that the defendant refused him medical treatment. He further asserts that the OWC erred in failing to award future medical expenses...
