He contends that the trial court erred in revoking probation because the allegation that he had committed a felony offense was abandoned by the State at trial, because the trial court refused to take mitigating factors into consideration due to its erroneous belief that the sentence assessed in 1990 at the time of his conviction mandated the term of his sentence, and because...
