Appellant William E. Bryant, Jr. seeks reversal of a summary judgment dismissing his action against Appellees Ted and Karen Putnam, for injuries he suffered when he was bitten by dogs owned by the Putnams' tenant. Appellees appeal the denial of Rule 11 sanctions. We affirm both the granting of the summary judgment and the denial of Rule 11 sanctions.
