Boling appeals a May 22, 1991 judgment of the Hinds County Circuit Court reflecting the jury's decision to award him $2,000.00 in damages resulting from an alleged error in a surveillance report prepared by the A-1 Detective and Patrol Service, Inc. Finding that there is no merit to his contentions that he had proven a prima facie case of fraud against the detective agency, that punitive damages should have been awarded...
