Defendant Timothy Graves, who pleaded guilty to the charge of felon in possession of a firearm, appeals his sentence of 189 months under the Armed Career Criminal Act, 18 U.S.C. § 924(e). Graves contends that the district court erred when it sentenced him to a minimum of fifteen years as an armed career criminal, based on three prior felony convictions.
