Appellee, Debbie Light, ("Light") sued Appellant, Centel Cellular Company of Texas ("Centel"), successor in interest to United TeleSpectrum, Inc., alleging that the covenant not to compete which she had signed was unenforceable as an illegal restraint of trade.
