HEARN, Judge:

In this divorce action, Richard E. Hazel (the husband) appeals the family court judge's order awarding Evelyn Hazel (the wife) periodic alimony not terminable upon remarriage or modifiable upon changed circumstances as an "other form of spousal support" under S.C.Code Ann. § 20-3-130(B)(6) (Supp.1994). We affirm as modified.
