In this dissolution of marriage proceeding, the primary issues concern unconscionability and application of a marital agreement. Diana L. Christen (wife) appeals the permanent orders concerning maintenance and attorney fees. Thomas E. Christen (husband) cross-appeals the permanent orders for maintenance and division of debt.
