Plaintiff Jimmye Freemon brings this complaint against Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center of Chicago ("Mt. Sinai") and several of its employees, alleging violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 2601-2654.1 Presently before this court is Defendants Steve Foley, Gilda Ivy, Juan Corbin, and Steve Huish's motion for summary judgment....
