PER CURIAM:

The primary thrust of this appeal challenges an award of damages arising from the breach of a non-competition clause in a contract. Also challenged were the district court's findings that appellant breached the parties' covenant not to compete and that the parties' agreements prohibited appellant from selling his stock until the debt of respondent T-Shirts and Souvenirs, Inc. is retired.
