Appellant Leo Darrough was convicted in a bench trial of two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, one count of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, one count of possession of marijuana, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, and one count of maintaining drug premises.
