WILLIAMS, Judge.

The defendant, Ronald Thomas Wilson, was charged by bill of information with armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. After trial by jury, he was found guilty of simple robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:65. The defendant was sentenced to serve seven years at hard labor. On appeal, the defendant challenges his conviction and sentence, alleging that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction and that the sentence imposed is excessive...
